First:
Site  
This tag show restricts results to sites within the specified domain
For EXP:
specified domain

site:google.com  This tag find all google domain sites 

Here you see all google domain sites only
Seconed:
Intitle 
This tag (restricts results to documents whose title contains the specified phrase)
For EXP:

intitle:Text  will find all sites with the word in the title and fire in the text

Third 

allintitle 

restricts results to documents whose title contains all the specified phrases

For EXP:

allintitle:text will find all sites with the word text in the title

Fourth

inurl 

restricts results to sites whose URL contains the specified phrase

For EXP: 

inurl:Text will find all sites containing the word (Text) in the text in the URL

Fifth 

allinurl 

This tag (restricts results to sites whose URL contains all the specified phrases)

allinurl:text will find all sites with the words text in the URL, so it's equivalent to inurl:fox inurl:fire
